Joel has been an active member of the Madison-area business community for more than 20 years and has been helping clients buy and sell real estate for the past five. During that time, he has closed more than $18 million in real estate sales, helping clients with residential, commercial, investment, and vacation properties.

Joel lives in Middleton with his wife, Joanna. Their two daughters both attend the University of Wisconsin–Madison, giving the family even more reason to cheer on the Badgers.
